Apex provides detailed drawings of the unit itself, along with
the channel dimensions required to support the unit. We don’t provide any foundational items or calculations. Such as rebar, concrete thickness etc.

The proper panel thickness, materials, along with the expansion and contraction is all factored in. This is already done when the unit arrives, sealed and ready for install.

We’ve made this very simple. I’m confident every builder will have no problem installing these units. We are always available to help answer questions as well.

You will need equipment to move and set the unit. Straps, concrete grinder, shims, mixing bucket and mixing equipment.

The silicone arrives cured. So after 24hrs of the unit being sealed, you can finish with the pool finishes.

With over 20 years experience, this was a well thought out design that took several years to develop. It’s a very similar process that has been used for several decades in
the industry. We also have a warranty on the acrylic, and sealing.

These are designed around standard size sheets. Giving the best yield of material, to keep the cost down. While we can be flexible on the height, the lengths of 8’, 10’ & 15’ are all we currently offer at the moment.

All the acrylic comes from Reynolds Polymers CO. The units and all materials are procured and built to order in the US.
